Corporate e-waste pickup

Simply give us a call, and we’ll send a truck to your location free of charge to pick up your unwanted technology and your reusable office furniture. Please understand that, depending on certain items, minimum recycling fees may apply.


Employee benefit e-waste recycle events

Surplus Exchange offers recycle events specifically designed for your employees to dispose of their unwanted electronics conveniently. In fact, many items will be considered a tax deductible donation for them. We can help structure your event in one of two ways:

Employee funded event. We’ll set up in your parking lot with a designated time for your employees to drop off their electronics. For items that come with a fee, your employees will be charged at the time of donation, either cash or debit/credit card.

Employer funded event. Same rules apply as above, but we’ll run a tally of the items donated, and send you a bill for the total recycling costs.


Corporate sponsored e-waste community recycle events

This is an idea that can provide a great boost to your community relations, as well as enhance your image as an environmentally responsible organization. We’re ready to help you organize a community event in any way we can: scheduling and location layout and traffic flow; volunteer orientation; sorting, wrapping and loading of all electronic recyclables.
