|The Surplus Exchange exists to serve the non-profit community
by helping them save money on furniture, equipment, supplies and materials.
Spending less on equipment means more people get served. Non-profit membership
in Surplus Exchange is available for a one-time fee of $50.00. Members receive
a 25% discount on the purchase of all materials with the exception of electronics.
A special “Non-profit Showroom” has the latest and best office equipment
and furniture arriving at Surplus Exchange. Members can request items not
currently available be placed on a “want list”. Surplus Exchange staff will
then contact the organization as soon as that item arrives. Member organizations
can also take advantage of “nonprofit only” specials and sales. Membership
in The Surplus Exchange, Inc. is designated for Nonprofit Organizations
which are exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the
IRS Code 1954. Current proof of Nonprofit status must be on file at all
times with The Surplus Exchange to maintain membership. Print out the Membership
