	HOW TO DONATE
	The donation process begins when businesses with quality reusable items to donate call in to arrange a free pickup. Surplus Exchange trucks run daily routes throughout the metropolitan area making scheduled pickups and providing donor companies with receipts.
	Businesses call the Surplus Exchange and advise us that they have reusable items to donate. A pickup time is scheduled and a receipt is provided at the time of acquisition. Items such as computer monitors, photocopiers and other environmentally hazardous items are subject to a nominal processing fee. No chemicals or hazardous materials are ever accepted. Contact the Exchange for information regarding materials we take.
